Detectives have charged a man with fraud offences as part of an investigation into the sale of digital satellite receivers.

The 48-year-old has been charged with making/supplying articles for use in fraud and converting criminal property.

He is due to appear before Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on May 13.

The man, who is from Long Eaton, was arrested last December by officers investigating allegations that digital satellite receivers were being sold online which allowed access to premium satellite television channels without subscriptions being paid.
