Potentially harmful chemicals stolen from a car in Derby

A bag containing potentially harmful chemicals has been stolen from a car in Derby.

Some time between 10pm and 10.30pm on Friday, December 27, a thief smashed the driver side window of a Vauxhall Astra parked in Riddings Street.

They took a blue bag which contained chemicals the victim uses for work. These include some small bottles of chemicals such as sulphuric acid.

Police have released an image of the bag’s logo in a bid to trace the holdall. Anyone who discovers the bag should not touch the contents but should call police on 101 or take it to their local station.
