Police have released CCTV footage of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a sexual assault on a 15-year-old girl on a coach.
The incident took place on a coach travelling from London to Derby on the evening of Monday, September 3, 2012. The coach left London Victoria bus station at 8.30pm.
A man sat next to the victim and touched her thigh inappropriately over her clothes. The man was confronted by other passengers and the driver before he got off the coach in Leicester.
The victim, from Long Eaton, told her mother who reported the incident to police the following day.
The man police would like to speak to is described as Asian, around 30 to 35-years-old, of slim build, with brown eyes and short black hair. He was wearing a black and white striped top, silver glasses and a gold hooped earring in his left ear.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who knows the man in the CCTV images or anyone who was travelling on the coach that evening.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Derbyshire police on the non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
