Mobile phones stolen from warehouse in Alfreton

Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary at a warehouse in Alfreton.

The break-in happened at premises on Turnpike Business Park between 9pm on Saturday February 23 and the early hours of Sunday February 24.

Burglars got through a perimeter fence, broke into the warehouse and stole more than 1,500 mobile phones.

Officers are particularly interested in any information involving a white panel van that was seen being driven in the area during that evening.

Officers are appealing to any witnesses to make contact with Amber Valley CID on 101 or alternatively ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 00800 555 111.
