Witness appeal after pizza delivery driver is robbed in Chesterfield

Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a pizza delivery driver was robbed as he made a delivery in Chesterfield.

Sometime between 5.05pm and 5.25pm on Friday, July 5 a 24-year-old man was delivering a pizza to an address Hipley Close, Chesterfield when he was approached by two men.

One of the men demanded money from the victim who handed over his phone, cash and the pizza.

Both men then ran off in the direction of Holmebrook Valley Park.

Both of the offenders were white, one was around 5ft 11ins , in his early 20s, of slim build, with short dark brown hair and clean shaven. He was wearing a white hooded top and blue jeans.

The other offender was around 5ft 4ins, in his early 20s, of slim build and with two of his top teeth missing. He was wearing a black jumper and blue jeans.

Officers would like to speak to witnesses or anyone with information about the incident.
