Football fan charged following alleged racist incident

A man has been charged after alleged racist insults were shouted at a player during a match between Alfreton Town and Kidderminster Harriers.
The alleged incident took place at a Kidderminster home game at the Aggborough Stadium on February 23.
The 34-year-old man from South Normanton was arrested and charged on Friday (March 8) with a racially aggravated public order offence.
He will appear before magistrates in Chesterfield on Wednesday, March 27.
