Appeal following alleged robberies in Dronfield

Detectives investigating the alleged robberies of nine teenagers in Dronfield are appealing for witnesses.

Sometime between 7.30pm and 8pm on Friday, November 22 the group of teenagers, aged between 15 and 17-years-old, were approached by three youths just off Lea Road, near Oaks Community Church.

The offenders demanded money and mobile phones from the victims, which were handed over.

They were all white and wearing padded, mid-length jackets. All three were wearing masks or had their faces covered.

No injuries were suffered during the alleged incident.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information.

They are also keen to trace witnesses who saw someone in the area wearing a ‘V for Vendetta’ style mask.
