Woman suffers unexplained injuries after collapsing outside her home

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward to help them ascertain how a collapsed woman came to be injured.

At around 4.15pm on Tuesday, November 19, a woman in her 20s was stood outside the door of her home in Blackmore Street, Derby.

She is diabetic and collapsed at the door, falling unconscious. When she awoke, she found that she had cuts to her feet and was taken to hospital for a check-up.

Police are investigating how she came to be injured and have not ruled out the possibility that she could have been assaulted.
