Suspected crack cocaine found during drugs warrant

A man has been arrested after officers executed a drugs warrant at a house in Derby.

Police raided a house in Osmaston Park Road on the morning of Tuesday, September 17. They arrested a 46-year-old man inside and searched him, finding a large amount of suspected crack cocaine hidden in his body.

They also discovered four suspected cannabis plants growing at the house.

He was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs with the intent to supply, questioned and released on bail pending further inquiries.
