Police name cyclist that died in a collision in Dronfield.

Officers who were trying to identify a man who died as a result of a collision in Dronfield have named him today (Thursday, August 7) following a formal identification by his family.

Malcolm Cottam (55) from Sheffield suffered serious head injuries and was taken by air ambulance to Northern General Hospital, in Sheffield, where he later died.

Police would again like to thank the public for information received in trying to identify Mr Cottam.
