Police appeal for witnesses after an elderly woman had shopping stolen.

On Friday, December 12 between 4pm and 4.30pm a 93-year-old woman was unloading her shopping from her car into her house on The Square in Mickleover when a man entered her kitchen and stole a bottle of tonic water.

The man was described as white, 20-30 years old, 5ft 10ins tall with short dark hair. He was wearing a baseball cap, blue denim jeans and a neutral coloured top with tweed style details to each forearm.
