Witness appeal after cash and jewellery were stolen in Ilkeston burglary

Burglars broke into a house in Ilkeston and stole items including cash and jewellery.

The offenders entered a house in Ilam Square at about 6.40am on Monday, December 22 and stole items from the living room.

The stolen items included cash, a sapphire pendant in gold with a gold chain, and a gold locket containing a lock of hair.

Police investigating the offence want witnesses or anyone with information to call 101, quoting crime reference 53970/14.
