Appeal following robbery at bookmakers in South Normanton

Police in South Normanton are appealing for witnesses following a robbery at a bookmakers.

Between 9.30pm and 9.40pm on Friday, January 31 two men carrying a knife went into Ladbrokes, Market Street and demanded money.

A member of staff was forced to the floor and cash was stolen from the till. No one was injured during the incident.

The man carrying the knife was white, wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a dark hooded top and a beanie style hat.

The other man was wearing black bottoms, a grey hooded top and a padded black gilet.
