Police charge man with shoplifting offences.

A man who allegedly stole items from three stores has been charged with shoplifting.

Adam King (30) from Loscoe Road, Heanor has been charged after he allegedly took a gold reindeer from Home Bargains in Heanor on November 18, 2013, a bottle of vodka from Somercotes Co-op on December 27, 2013 and three bottles of Jack Daniels from Bellinis on Heanor Road, Ilkeston on January 1.

He is due to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on Tuesday, February 25.
