Two men injured in collision in Hollingwood

Police are appealing for information following a collision in Chesterfield in which two men were injured.
Just after 10pm on Monday, January 6 a collision involving a Subaru Impreza and a Ford Focus took place on the A619 Chesterfield Road at Hollingwood.
As a result of the collision the two occupants of the Ford Focus, both men in their 50s, had to be freed from the car by the fire service and were taken to hospital for treatment.
One of the men has since been discharged from the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield. The other man remains in the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham.
Officers from the Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for witnesses to contact them on 101.
