Concern grows for man missing from Dronfield

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 58-year-old man missing from a nursing home in Dronfield.

Kevin Herbert left Brookview Nursing Home, Holmley Lane, at around 9.50pm on Wednesday, January 22 and was reported missing a short time later.

Mr Herbert is 5ft 7ins, of stocky build, with short cropped hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a red football shirt and jeans.

Mr Herbert left on foot and is not thought to have any money with him or access to a vehicle. He may appear confused.

Police are urging anyone who sees a man fitting this description to contact them.

Officers are also asking residents in the area to check their gardens and outbuildings in case Mr Herbert has taken shelter.
