Witness appeal after burglars take jewellery and phone from Chaddesden home

Burglars broke into a house in Chaddesden and stole items including jewellery and a mobile phone.

A house in Max Road was targeted between 4.30pm and 7pm on Friday, January 17.

The offenders broke in through a back door and searched the house, making off with a haul including a HTC smartphone. Jewellery was also taken from the family home.

Police are appealing for anyone with information or who might have seen people acting suspiciously in the area to get in touch.
