Three men break into a house in Derby and assault two men inside

Three men entered a house in Normanton and assaulted two men inside.

The incident happened shortly before midnight last night (Thursday, January 30) at a house in Princes Street.

They went in through the front door and assaulted the men before leaving.

The 36-year-old man inside suffered bruising while his 51-year-old friend suffered cuts. Both were taken to the Royal Derby Hospital for treatment.

Two of the men are white while the third is black. All three wore scarves over their faces.
