Distinctive memorabilia is stolen from a house is Glossop

Police appeal for witnesses after distinctive items of memorabilia are stolen from a house in Glossop.

Sometime between Friday, July 18 at 9.45am and 4.20pm a house off Dinting Lane, Higher Dinting was broken into.

An iPad, large quantity of jewellery and some watches were stolen along with two very distinctive pieces of memorabilia. One was an A3 black frame containing a gold ‘Peggy Sue’ single record disc and a picture of Buddy Holly and the second was a frame with a genuine Buddy Holly signature.

Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Graham Barrick at Glossop CID using the non-emergency 101 number.
