Television and games console among items stolen in burglary

Police are appealing for information on a burglary in which the offenders stole a television, games console and games.

A house in Brookfield Mews, Sandiacre, was broken into at about 5.10am on Sunday, July 20.

The burglars broke in through a conservatory window and stole a 21in Toshiba LCD TV, an Xbox 360 games console, controllers and games.

It is thought that the offenders ran off along the Erewash Canal, which is close to the property.

Detectives investigating the offence want to hear from anyone with information on the offence, or people who might know the whereabouts of the stolen items.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call Derbyshire police on 101, quoting crime reference 30121/14.
