Newhall man remanded in prison custody

Glenn Robinson (55) of Belvoir Crescent, Newhall appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court this morning. 

He was charged with one offence under Section 2 of the Explosive Substances Act 1883 (cause an explosion likely to endanger life), one offence under Section 4 of the same act (make an explosive substance for an unlawful purpose) and the production of cannabis.

He was remanded in prison custody.  The next hearing will be at Derby Crown Court on Monday August 11, 2014.
