Police appeal for witness to a burglary in Derby

Police appeal for witnesses after jewellery and cash is stolen from a house in Derby.

On Tuesday, June 10 between 3.10pm and 3.20pm a house on Waverley Street was broken into.

A number of items of jewellery were stolen including necklaces, bracelets and rings and an amount of cash.

If anyone saw anyone acting suspiciously around the times of the burglary they are asked to contact DC Julie Proctor at St Marys Wharf police station using the non-emergency number 101.
