Information appeal following burglaries in Marston Montgomery and Sudbury

Police are appealing for information following burglaries in the Marston and Clifton area on Monday, June 23.

Offenders smashed a window and broke in to a property on Riggs Lane in Marston Montgomery. Once inside, thieves stole two Apple MP3 players, a Sony laptop and keys to a vehicle.

The offence took place between 8:30am and 6:15pm on Monday, June 23.

Sometime between 8am and 4pm, offenders forced open the ground floor window of a property on Marston Bank. Thieves carried out an untidy search of the property and items of jewellery and a leather DKNY handbag were stolen.

Between 8:30am and 12noon on Monday, June 23 offenders attempted to gain into a property on Oak Lane in Sudbury, however no entry was gained.

Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to contact Matlock CID on 101, the non-emergency number for Derbyshire police.
