Appeal after electrical equipment is stolen during Chesterfield burglary

Police are appealing for information after electrical equipment was stolen during a burglary in Chesterfield.

Sometime between 7.30pm and 10.30pm on Sunday, May 11 thieves forced open the front door to the house on Hawksley Avenue and stole two digital cameras, a laptop and a tablet.

No one was in the house during the incident and officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area to contact them.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Chesterfield CID on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
