Large amount of gritting salt stolen from a Derby farm

Police appeal after a large amount of gritting salt is stolen from Weston-On-Trent.

Sometime between Saturday, November 1 and Friday, November 14 66 bags of gritting salt were stolen from a farm in Weston-On-Trent.

The bags were shrink wrapped on a pallet; they were in white bags with ‘Gill Aggregates’ in blue writing printed on the front of each bag.  

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Ben Wildman at Swadlincote police station on 101.
