Jewellery and computer kit stolen from house in Oakwood

Burglars made off with items of jewellery, a laptop and a cigarette lighter after breaking into a house in Oakwood.

The offenders forced open a back door at the house, in Sovereign Way, between 5.40pm and 7.40pm on Wednesday, November 26.

They then searched the property and stole a Lenovo laptop, a wristwatch, a cigarette lighter and various items of jewellery including Pandora rings.

Police investigating the burglary want to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area around that time, or who may have been offered the items for sale.
