Police issue witness appeal after men enter house in Ilkeston and steal laptop.

On Thursday, October 16 at 6.45pm two men knocked on the door of a house on Nottingham Road and barged their way in.

The men stole a laptop and left the property.

One of the men was holding a knife and was described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, in his early 20s, was of a stocky build with short dark hair. He was wearing a red/orange padded jacket.

The second man was mixed race, clean shaven and in his late teens. His head was covered and was wearing a high visibility vest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Constable Phil Newman at Ilkeston Police Station using the 101 number.
