On Monday, September 22 at 6.30pm a disabled man was walking along Victoria Street in the city centre when he stopped to rest on some bollards at the bottom of Green Lane.

The man sat on the floor and was approached by the well-built man and the mixed race woman. The man pushed him whilst he was still sat down and then reached into his back pocket and stole his wallet.

The pair then ran off up Green Lane. The woman was described as mixed race, approximately 30 years-old, slim build, 5ft 4ins tall with black hair and was wearing a t-shirt.
