Police appeal for witnesses after a man is assaulted in Derby.

On Thursday, October 23 at 2.05am a man entered Charcoal Grill takeaway on Becket Street and got into an altercation with a man described as having a shaved head and was wearing a blue t-shirt and jeans.

He left the takeaway and the described man punched him causing him to lose consciousness. The offender left the scene along with another man who was wearing a grey t-shirt.
