Police appeal for witnesses after man is assaulted in Derby.

On Sunday, September 28 at 1.20am a man was in an alleyway near to Boutique club on St James Street when he was approached by a man.

The man punched him to the face and stole his wallet from his back pocket. The man then ran off, turned right out of the alleyway and along James Street.

He was described as black, between 19-25 years old, of medium build with short dark hair. He was wearing a white sleeveless body warmer.
