Jewellery, watches and laptops stolen in Long Eaton burglary

Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of items stolen from a house in Long Eaton.

Burglars broke into a house in Fairfield Crescent between 9.30pm and about 11.30pm on Saturday, April 4.

The offenders forced open a conservatory door and stole items including a Toshiba laptop, an Acer laptop, a tablet device, and cash.

Jewellery including a silver heart-shaped locket, a gold locket, an oyster pearl necklace, a silver bracelet and a gold bracelet, were also taken.

The offenders also stole a number of wristwatches, including a gold Rotary watch with a brown leather strap, a silver Omega watch and a silver Omega Genevieve watch.

Two men were seen acting suspiciously in the area and detectives want to hear from anyone who saw them or might have information on the offence.

Officers also want to hear from anyone who may have been offered similar items for sale since the burglary.
