Commemorative coin collection among haul of items stolen from Sinfin house

Burglars made off with items including a collection of commemorative coins after breaking into a house in Sinfin.

The offenders broke into a house in Moorside Crescent between 6pm on Saturday, April 4 and 3pm on Sunday, April 5.

An assortment of silver commemorative coins was stolen, along with a gold chain containing a gold sovereign, a gold Arabian love knot ring with diamond and emerald chips, and a gold wedding ring with the Arabian national emblem of a palm tree on the face.

A Raleigh 24-gear mountain bike in green was also taken in the burglary.

Detectives investigating the offence want to hear from anyone who may know the whereabouts of the stolen items or who might have been offered them for sale.
