Appeal for witnesses after a boy was robbed in Swadlincote.

On Saturday, January 31 at around 8pm a 12-year-old boy was walking along an alleyway that runs from Spring Street to Colliery Row.

He was approached by a man who pushed him to the ground and stole his black iPhone.

The man was described as 6ft tall and of a slim build. He was wearing a light blue hooded top with a pocket at the front and some writing on, a black balaclava and black snow type gloves.  

Anyone with information is asked to contact DC Donna Parkes at Ilkeston police station using the non-emergency 101 number.
