Police have released an image of three men they want to speak to in connection with an assault in Derby.

Two 20-year-old men were walking along Traffic Street when they were approached by a large group of men.The men police would like to speak to

An argument broke out and the two friends were punched in the face. The large group then walked off toward the railway station.

Detectives want to speak to three men seen at McDonald’s, in St Peter’s Street, before the incident who may have information to help the inquiry.

The assault happened at around 12.15am on Saturday, January 17.
