Appeal for witnesses after a robbery at a bank in Matlock

Police are appealing for witnesses after an armed robbery at a bank in Matlock.

At 2.30pm a white man entered the Royal Bank of Scotland on Snitterton Road and demanded cash from staff.

An amount of money was handed over and the man left the bank.

Police would like to speak to anyone who saw a man acting suspiciously in the area, between 2pm and 3pm, to contact them quoting incident number 395 of 18 February.
