Police appeal for witnesses after a car was broken into in Derby.

On Sunday, February 22 at 6.50pm a mini cooper convertible was parked on Nuns Street, opposite the Maypole pub.

A man was seen to smash the nearside window and steal a Parlux hairdryer that was on the backseat in a bag.

The man was described as wearing a blue/purple hooded top.

Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Tom Overton at St Mary Wharf police station using the 101 non-emergency number.
