Laptop and alcohol among haul of items taken in Ilkeston burglary

Burglars stole a large amount of items including a laptop, alcohol and designer handbags after breaking into a house in Ilkeston.

The property, in Malthouse Road, was burgled between 1am and 5.30am on Saturday, January 24.

Among the items stolen were a Compaq laptop, a leather Mulberry handbag, a black DKNY purse, a Ted Baker wallet, bottles of wine, spirits, Champagne, and a bottle of Jimmy Choo perfume.

Police investigating the offence want to hear from witnesses or anyone who may have been offered similar items for sale since Saturday.

Officers also want to know if anyone has found items discarded on footpaths or similar locations since the offence.
