CCTV image released of men police would like to speak to in connection with Derby assault

On Saturday, November 29 at 2.17am a 23-year-old man and his friend were walking along Green Lane in the city centre when they were approached by two men.

The 23-year-old was punched in the face; he stumbled and fell to the floor.

The two men walked off down Green Lane towards Victoria Street.

One of the men was described as white, of a slim build with short light brown hair. He was wearing a white, short sleeved shirt, black trousers, dark coloured shoes with white soles.

The second man was described as white, of a slim build, short dark hair and a short beard. He was wearing a white, long sleeved shirt, slim leg black trousers, shoes and no socks.

The man suffered a broken jaw and a broken leg.
