Five arrested after drugs warrant at Chaddesden house

Five people were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after a warrant was carried out at a house in Chaddesden.

Officers carried out the warrant at a property in Berwick Avenue at about 2.30pm on Monday, June 8.

A large quantity of suspected class A drugs were found inside the house during the search.

Three men aged 18, 21 and 32, and two women aged 24 and 40 were arrested on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with intent to supply.

They were all bailed pending further inquiries.
