Posted on 25th June 2015

Detectives investigating a break-in at a hair and beauty salon in Ilkeston are trying to trace a cyclist and a dog walker who may be witnesses.

Lee Chatfield (38), of no fixed abode, has been charged with burglary and appeared before magistrates in Derby on June 23.

Police believe a man walking a dog and a man on a bicycle, said to be in the East Street area at the time, could have witnessed the break-in and are asking the men to come forward.
