Did you see bag snatch on city footpath?

Posted on 18th April 2017

We’re appealing for information after a man had his bag snatched while he was walking on a footpath in Derby.

The man was heading along the path that runs parallel to Whitecross Gardens, towards Leyland Gardens, when he was approached by a man from behind.

He grabbed the victim’s bag and then ran off towards Quarn Gardens.

The robber was white and was wearing a black coat.

We want to hear from anyone who might have witnessed the robbery, which happened on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 11.

The robber would have been carrying a black leather style bag, which belonged to the victim.
