Graphic images released of assault victim in a bid to bring witnesses forward

We’re releasing pictures of a man injured in an attack in Derby in the hope that witnesses will come forward.

The 50-year-old man suffered significant facial injuries, including fractured eye sockets and a fractured jaw.

The attack happened at around 8.45pm on Sunday, August 20 in Traffic Street, Derby.

The man who attacked the victim is described as white, in his mid-20s, 5ft 7ins tall and stocky. He had a tattoo on his right forearm and wore a blue polo shirt and tracksuit bottoms.The injured victim
