Appeal for information following arson attack at Hasland property

Posted on 23rd February 2017

We’re issuing an appeal for information after a car that was parked outside a house in Hasland was torched.

The white Ford Focus Zetec was completely destroyed in the blaze, which happened on the drive of a property in Mansfield Road.

The fire is thought to have been started deliberately and we’re asking for anyone who might have information to get in touch.

It happened at about 9.40pm on January 17 and suspicious activity was also reported in the area at about 11.20pm on January 25.

Were you in the Mansfield Road area, near the industrial units close to the junction with the B6425?

Did you see any suspicious vehicles in the area around those times, or can you help our investigation in any way?
