Power tools stolen in ram raid at Bakewell agricultural store

Posted on 12th January 2017

Do you have information that could help our officers catch the people responsible for a ram raid at an agricultural supplies shop?

We’re appealing for witnesses after Torne Valley, in Haddon Road, Bakewell, was raided in the early hours of this morning.

We believe a car was used to smash one of the front-facing windows at the store, after which masked men ran in and stole a number of power tools.

The raid happened just before 12.30am on Thursday, January 12.

As part of our investigation, officers are appealing for information from anyone who might have been driving in the area around that time, and who may have seen other cars on the road that could be connected.

We also want to hear from anyone on Haddon Road who might have seen suspicious activity, or who has CCTV covering the road.

Witnesses or anyone with information should call us on 101, quoting reference 17000015455.

You can also call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
