We are appealing for information after jewellery was stolen from a property in Derby.

Sometime between 12.30am and 7.20am on Saturday, January 14, thieves forced the front door to a ground floor flat on Madeley Street, Derby.

Once inside they carried out an untidy search and made off with a variety of valuable jewellery. This includes a Swiss blue and white topaz ring, a fluorite and diamond gold ring and sky blue topaz and diamond gold earrings.

We have now released images similar to the jewellery stolen.

Anyone with information about the jewellery, or who may have been offered similar items for sale, is asked to contact DC Dan Leedham on 101, quoting occurrence number 17000018979.

Alternatively you can send him a message here
