Our officers are investigating a burglary and an attempt burglary in Oakwood and would like to speak to a man in connection with their enquires.

On Saturday, July 8 around midday damage was caused to doors of a house on Lampeter Close in Oakwood.

Shortly after, a house was entered via an insecure door of a neighbouring property. A variety of electrical items were stolen including laptops and games equipment.

PC Tim Phillips said “I would like to appeal to anyone that recognises the man in the images to contact us.

“If anyone in the area has recently discarded a red mug I would also like to speak to them.”
