Witnesses sought following a robbery in Derby

We’re appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Derby.

At around 5am on Saturday, June 24, a 29-year-old man was walking along Ashbourne Road when he was approached from behind by a man who threatened him and demanded his property.

He searched the victim’s pockets, taking his phone and some cash before running away.

The robber is white, aged in his early 20s and about 6ft tall. He is of medium build with blonde hair and he wore a grey hooded top, white t-shirt, black trainers and grey tracksuit bottoms.
