Posted on 6th March 2017

We are investigating a robbery where a man driving a disability scooter had sentimental jewellery stolen.

On Tuesday, February 28 at 1.45pm a man was riding along the pavement on Stanton Street in Derby when a black car pulled up at the side of him.

A woman in the car wound down the window and shouted to the man. When the man got to the junction of Stanton Street and Clarence Road the car pulled in front of him.

The woman lent out of the window and allegedly removed the man’s rings and neck chain.
