Sneak-in burglars steal jewellery, phones and camera kit

Posted on 13th September 2017

Burglars stole a diamond ring, designer watch and various electronic items after sneaking into a house while the occupants were getting ready upstairs.

The break-in happened at a house in Stanley Street, Swadlincote, between 7am and 7.45am on Friday, September 8.

After sneaking in through a back door, the offenders took an iPhone 5C, an iPad Pro, a Mulberry purse with cash and cards in it, and a black Nikon camera.

They also took a gold Raymond Weil watch and a gold diamond ring.

We’ve released a photo of the watch and the black Mulberry purse and are appealing for anyone with information to get in touch with us.

Have you been offered any of the items for sale in the last few days, or have you seen a similar purse discarded somewhere?
