Posted on 10th April 2018

Officers investigating a road rage incident in Chesterfield are appealing to motorists that may have been in the area for further information.

On Monday, April 2 at around 9.10am a man and woman were driving a Kia along Derby Road when they noticed a man in a green Volvo was travelling behind them. They had earlier passed this car on Langer Lane in Wingerworth.

The driver of the Volvo signalled for the man and woman to pull over, which they did.

The Volvo driver then kicked and punched the Kia.

A passer-by is thought to have restrained the man prior to him driving off.
